Job Summary:
We are seeking a **skilled and experienced Carpenter** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience and a passion for quality construction. You'll be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures across various job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and framing components
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with building codes and company standards
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to meet project timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum **5 years of professional carpentry experience**
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
